Question methodology

Every result needs provenance.

This is the minimum evidence JEEMOCKS should attach to questions, explanations and crowd statistics.

Question records

  • Source type: official paper, licensed source or original diagnostic question.
  • Exam, year, subject, unit and syllabus mapping.
  • Correct answer, complete solution and option-specific misconception analysis.
  • Reviewer identity, review status, content version and last-reviewed date.

Trap records

A Trap should identify the observable decision error-not merely repeat the chapter name. Each trap links a trigger, tempting option, misconception, corrective rule and transfer question.

Solve-rate integrity

Solve rates use verified first attempts only. They remain hidden until the configured minimum sample is reached. Every displayed rate should include its sample size and calculation date.

Corrections

If a question or solution changes, the content version and review date change with it. A correction log should remain available internally.
